Job Description As part of the reinforcement of the IT Service Management team, we are looking for an Expert Configuration & Asset Management to sustainably improve the maintenance of the CMDB and IT assets and control activities related to this process. You will evolve in an international environment with regular interactions with global teams and service providers. Reporting to the Domain Lead IT Service Management, you will work in close collaboration with the Service Management, Infrastructure, Architecture, Application, Data and other IT teams. Your main missions will be: * Administer and guarantee the quality, consistency and completeness of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), notably through the exploitation and optimization of data from ServiceNow Discovery * Manage the IT asset lifecycle (acquisition, tracking, compliance, retirement) * Supervise and optimize Discovery processes and the reliability of collected data * Define and maintain standards, data models and procedures related to Configuration Management * Analyze CMDB inconsistencies and drive remediation plans with stakeholders * Implement and monitor KPIs and dashboards (CMDB Health) to drive performance * Produce and analyze performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of IT processes and identify improvement opportunities * Support, train and align IT teams on ITIL best practices and established processes * Contribute to IT audits and guarantee the compliance of assets and data * Be proactive in defining and implementing improvement plans Qualifications * Advanced ITIL certification (Intermediate / Expert) or equivalent, and you possess an excellent mastery of the ITIL framework as well as a transverse vision of ITSM processes and global IT issues * At least five years of experience in a similar position, you have acquired operational mastery of managing Configuration & Hardware Asset Management processes in complex environments * Proven experience on ServiceNow (CMDB & Discovery), ease in fully exploiting its functionalities to optimize Configuration and Hardware Asset Management processes * Experience as a Process Owner in Configuration Management / Asset Management * Experience in managing complex and multi-actor IT environments * Excellent communication skills, with a clear, synthetic and impact-oriented approach * Fluent English indispensable (international environment, teams in Asia) * Analytical mindset, rigor, ability to structure and drive change * Recognized for your natural leadership and your ability to train newcomers, transmitting your knowledge with pedagogy and charisma Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and complementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the role, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Unwilling to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
