Chef de Service 80-100% Restaurant Viadukt in Zürich is looking for a motivated personality for the position of Chef de Service Restaurant Viadukt 80 –100% starting immediately or by arrangement. In Restaurant Viadukt in Kreis 5, we pamper our guests 7 days a week in a unique atmosphere with creative, market-fresh and regional cuisine. At lunch, four menus are available to choose from; in the evening, we serve seasonal à la carte dishes. The restaurant has 80 seats indoors and 90 seats in the garden with a view of Josefwiese. In the nearby Bogen F, which also belongs to Stiftung Netzwerk, concerts take place regularly. The event venue can additionally be rented for private celebrations and corporate events and transforms into a cafe bar on concert-free weekends. The employees of both establishments work closely together. As part of our work integration project, we offer supervised apprenticeship places and daily structures for young people and young adults with difficult access to the primary labor market. In your function as Chef de Service of Restaurant Viadukt, you are responsible for a smooth process as well as the organization of the entire service area. You lead the service team, actively work in service, and perform necessary administrative tasks. In cooperation with professionals from social work, you also ensure comprehensive support for the participants of the work integration project. You are a flexible, customer-oriented and strong leadership personality with professional training in gastronomy as well as professional experience. You enjoy committing yourself to an innovative and interdisciplinary team and place great value on high quality. Independent and careful working is as natural to you as taking on responsibility.
