Chef de rang – Ristorante Al Molo For our restaurant Al Molo we are looking for an experienced Chef de rang, for evening service, from Wednesday to Sunday. Scope of activities: Table service in the dining room, welcoming and advising customers, autonomous management of one's own rangée, taking orders, service of wines and beverages, setting up and care of the dining room, collaboration with the kitchen and the rest of the dining room team. Required profile: Previous experience as a Chef de rang in high-level restaurants, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, precision, flexibility and availability for evening service on the indicated days, good knowledge of Italian; French and/or English are an advantage. Schedule: evening service only, Wednesday – Sunday.
