We are looking to strengthen our Purchase & Supply Chain team with a: Coordinator (M/F) Resale & Central Purchasing Platform (CPP) Join a key function between purchasing, data and business ### Do you want to evolve at the heart of the purchasing function with operational responsibility and on a project of scope for our company? This position places you at the interface between local teams, group and suppliers, with a direct impact on data quality, revenue management of our Central Purchasing platform, its deployment and the experience of points of sale. Your mission ### Ensure the proper functioning of the Central Purchasing Platform (CPP) for Euromaster Switzerland (main perimeter) and in support of France, ensuring the reliability of purchasing data, the fluidity of operations and alignment with the group's strategy. Your responsibilities ### Purchasing & data management • Integrate and maintain purchasing conditions and rebates in local systems • Ensure consistency and quality of pricing data between systems and databases • Manage billing discrepancies and support validation processes • Participate in updating key billing data (KB) Network support (points of sale) • Be the central point of contact for points of sale (franchised and integrated) • Ensure daily operational support and optimization of CPP flows • Continuously improve the quality, efficiency and fluidity of operations Supplier & business relationships • Accompany the onboarding and management of suppliers • Participate in annual agreements and monitoring of commercial conditions • Collaborate with Sales, Franchise and Operations teams on business initiatives • Contribute to CPP revenue management and reporting Strategy & compliance • Ensure respect for brand policies and group framework • Monitor performance indicators and data quality • Contribute to the development and structuring of the CPP model Scope ### • Switzerland: ~90% of activities • France: ~10% in support What this role offers you ### • A transversal position between data, supply chain, finance and business • Direct exposure to group and network teams • A key role in operational performance and CPP revenue Your profile ## Education ### • HEG / CFC commercial employee or equivalent • Supply Chain/purchasing training: an asset Experience & skills ### • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function in BtoB • Experience in managing large accounts and commercial development • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills • Excellent mastery of digital tools (CRM, MS Office) • Knowledge of the automotive/tire industry: a plus Your personality ### You are: • Results-oriented • Autonomous and organized • Proactive and solution-oriented • At ease in a dynamic environment • An excellent communicator with a strong team spirit Languages ### • Native language French or German, with excellent knowledge of the other language. • Knowledge of English, an asset.
