Your tasks ### • As the first point of contact for refugees in the canton of Luzern, you will receive and process their concerns and requests. You are responsible for managing the data - from registration to case closure. • You work hand in hand with the case-leading social workers and support them administratively; this includes, among other things, checking eligibility, calculating and paying economic social assistance, creating client budgets. • You take on important administrative tasks independently in connection with social assistance files (e.g. claiming child allowances, registering/deregistering AHV NE, health insurance, income management) and maintain competent contacts with third parties, such as health insurance companies, insurance companies, and authorities. • In this diverse range of tasks, you will be supported by committed and helpful colleagues and maintain close cooperation with the case-leading social workers. Your profile ### • You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent training. • You are interested in acquiring specialist knowledge in the fields of statutory social assistance and subsidiary and social insurance issues.
