Junior Immobilienbewirtschafter (80–100%) – w/m

Some of your tasks:

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Organization and execution of apartment viewings, acceptances, and handovers
• Handling of damage cases
• Administrative tasks from terminations to re-letting
• Contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen, caretakers, and other external partners
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience as a real estate management clerk or already in

a junior function

• High communication, social, and self-competence
• Networked thinking as well as the ability to think outside the box
• Resilience, motivation, and openness to new things
• Confident appearance and a service-oriented attitude
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; other languages an advantage
• Driver's license category B
