Your mission
The Real Estate Management pilots the accommodation strategy for beneficiaries and the deployment of the institution's administrative premises. It optimizes the management of its real estate portfolio and also ensures, on mandate, the management of the assets of several private foundations.
Reporting to the Real Estate Management, you are responsible for building the institutional governance of human safety and fire for Hospice général. In this capacity, you define the strategic framework, governance rules and operating methods allowing for the assurance of coherent, efficient and sustainable management of safety across all the institution's sites, in close collaboration with the General Management and the relevant directorates.
Guarantor of the safety of persons and property, you ensure the provision of a safe and secure environment for female and male employees, beneficiaries as well as partners of the institution, while ensuring the protection of the real estate assets of Hospice général.
In a context of organizational transformation, you pilot the structuring of the security function and accompany the evolution of teams, practices and the institutional culture. Security Governance and Strategy
You build and implement the institutional governance of human safety and fire by defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes and steering bodies;
You develop the institutional security strategy as well as the roadmap allowing for its progressive deployment;
You define the frameworks, standards, procedures and action plans guaranteeing a harmonized approach across all sites;
You develop steering tools, dashboards and performance indicators in order to measure the effectiveness of the system and support decision-making;
You ensure permanent regulatory monitoring and guarantee the compliance of systems with cantonal requirements and current standards;
You prepare, pilot and monitor the budget of the security department, ensuring efficient use of resources and the achievement of set objectives;

You ensure the management of a team of approximately fifteen female and male employees specialized in the fields of human safety and fire;
