Job Description

You are the central specialist at the reception (m/f/d),
You are the first face our guests see, or the first voice they hear on the phone. In this way, you play a decisive role in shaping their experience with us.

Your Tasks

• Friendly and competent greeting as well as care for guests at the reception
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Processing of reservations and inquiries
• Planning and quoting of seminars and banquets
• Telephone and written correspondence
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth processes
• If required, active collaboration in the restaurant during peak times

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training and experience in the hotel industry
• Professional experience and experience in the use of MEWS or similar PMS
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• High service orientation and teamwork skills
• Swiss German as a native language
• Good German and English skills, further languages an advantage
• High flexibility and readiness for shift work
