As Property Management, you will be responsible, together with your team, for the holistic management of residential and commercial properties. You will ensure the entire re-letting process, participate in construction projects, and inspire tenants of your real estate portfolio every day as a contact person.   Are you an agile person as well as a team player? Let's go - We look forward to your application!   What you can achieve • You manage your own portfolio of residential and commercial properties • You maintain personal contact with internal and external stakeholders and partners • You carry out the entire re-letting process • You prepare rental agreements and addenda • You participate in construction projects   What you bring with you • Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training (e.g., business school). Further training in the field of real estate as a real estate manager with federal diploma (eidg. FA) • Some years of professional experience in the real estate sector as well as good IT knowledge (Garaio-REM, Microsoft365) is an advantage • The ability to use tools with artificial intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT, Co-Pilot etc.) • Motivated personality with high independence, willingness to take on responsibility and active proactive thinking • Fluent German skills (spoken and written) as well as knowledge of English and French is an advantage   Do you have questions about the position?
