Claims Specialist (m/f/d) Daily Sickness Benefit UK Service - part-time or full-time

What you achieve ## • Independent and efficient processing of simple to medium personal injury claims in the area of daily sickness benefit in French (deputizing in German) • Responsibility for claims registration, including coverage verification • Active case management in close cooperation with internal and external partners • Conducting initial telephone inquiries with insured persons and employers • Drafting correspondence in benefit cases • Coordination with other social insurances (IV, ALV, UVG, BVG etc.) • Participation in the further development of processes and automations What you bring ## • Experience in the insurance industry, ideally in personal insurance • Commercial or medical basic training with further training in the insurance sector (e.g., social insurance specialist or insurance specialist with federal diploma) • Strong service and customer orientation as well as a high sense of responsibility • Enjoyment in working with various internal and external contact persons • Empathy, active listening, and the ability to prioritize tasks • Very good knowledge of French as well as good knowledge of German are a must
