Bar Service Employee

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
For the winter season, we are looking for a committed Bar Service Employee who ensures the well-being of our guests with a passion for gastronomy and a strong understanding of service.
You are a host by conviction, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and together with our team, ensure professional and attentive service in the bar and in the casino.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Friendly and professional care of our guests
• Reception, seating, advice, and service
• Taking and processing orders as well as serving and cashiering food and drinks
• Preparation and dispensing of drinks and simple bar offerings
• Preparation and supervision of meetings, events, and buffets
• Organization and refilling of buffets, refrigerators, and service areas
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and an appealing presentation of the bar
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Implementation of internal guidelines and specifications
• Reporting of irregularities, suggestions for improvement, and safety incidents
• Close cooperation with the entire casino team for smooth operations

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed training in gastronomy or at least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the bar or restaurant sector is an advantage
• English skills at least at B1 level are mandatory; German skills are an advantage. Further languages are a plus
• Strong service and guest orientation
• Readiness for night, weekend, and holiday work
• High flexibility and resilience
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and independent way of working
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Teamwork skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn
• Discretion, integrity, and reliability
• Affinity for numbers and basic knowledge in handling cash register systems
