Your challenge

• Active collaboration within the Abacus team (thinking outside the box – along the process)
• Recording, analysis, and definition of the processes in plant engineering
• Implementation taking into account the standard solutions of Abacus
• Close cooperation with our Abacus consultant
• Coordination/interface between Abacus consultant and specialist group (user)
• Active communication of process milestones
• Creation of process documentation and training materials as well as conducting user training for key users and end users
• Training users in the area of AbaBau
• Taking over project data and new creation of projects in Abacus
• Responsible for AbaBau during the introduction and roll-out in our branches
• First and second level support for application questions during the roll-out phase
• Deputy for the module manager SVM (Servicetool)

Your profile

• Good industry and process knowledge in construction, ideally in the HVAC environment
• Good knowledge in the area of calculation and project execution in construction, ideally in the HVAC industry
• High IT affinity, with the willingness to be trained in Abacus
• Willingness to support or train users of the branches on-site (all of Switzerland)
• Understanding and solving process requirements/problems of the users
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good manners and enjoyment of contact with people in the most diverse functions
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French
• Team player, resilient, and working precisely
• High methodological and social competence
• Active listening and good communication skills
