SALES DIRECTOR#

YOUR MISSIONS

• Achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales objectives for new and used cars
• Support, motivation and development of a sales team
• Leadership of the sales team through coaching and regular monitoring
• Being an example for your colleagues and passing on your skills to them
• Monitoring of sales operations and planning of necessary actions for the achievement of set objectives
• Achievement of a personal sales volume
• Fulfillment of customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Management of used vehicle stocks
• Ensure the overall quality policy and ensure constant improvements
• Development of sales supported by events and marketing actions that you will define in collaboration with the Commercial Director
• Training and support for new sales consultants
• Establishment of budgets and monitoring of profitability

YOUR PROFILE

• More than 3 years of experience in managing staff in the automotive sales industry
• CFC with a technical or commercial training, completed by a higher education
• Good leadership, analysis and decision-making skills
• Possessing a keen sense of commerce and being at ease in prospecting
• Relational ease, excellent communicator with a positive attitude
• Regional network, knowledge of the local economic fabric and resident in the canton of Jura
• Native French language with excellent knowledge of English or German
• Mastery of Microsoft Office computer tools and new technologies
• Appreciate team work, while being able to be autonomous.
