Tasks & Challenges

• Complete support and consultation of the "Care" division with approximately 150 employees in all HR topics
• Responsibility for the complete personnel administration and recruiting in the assigned division
• Execution of the monthly payroll run including all follow-up work
• Ensuring compliance with laws, guidelines, and processes
• Training and support of managers in HR processes
• Participation in employer branding and HR digitalization
• Taking over HR projects for the modernization of the department
• If required, support in the organization and execution of HR events

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Sound knowledge of personnel administration, payroll processing, and labor law
• Experience with Abacus or a comparable HR/payroll system
• Proficient German language skills
• High consulting competence, assertiveness, and trustworthiness
• Project and digitalization experience is an advantage
• Working independently, detail-oriented, dutiful, and responsible
• Structured, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality
• Driver's license category B is mandatory
