Leadership in oncology means accompanying people through challenging situations while simultaneously ensuring structure, quality, and team dynamics. As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, on behalf of our client in Zürich, you will take on a central leadership role as a Ward Manager (female) or Ward Manager (male) of a ward with a focus on oncology. With a workload of 80 to 100 %, you bear responsibility for nursing quality, team leadership, and a structured ward routine in a demanding acute setting. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.
