Your tasks

• Proactive management of the Pop-Up Restaurant
• Coordination with other departments such as kitchen and marketing
• Creating reports, statistics, cost analyses, and evaluations
• Design of F&B documents
• Assistance in operational projects to increase service quality as well as support in the restaurants

Your profile

• In training at a recognized Swiss hotel management school
• Professional experience in F&B as well as in administration
• Communicative personality as well as high willingness to provide service
• Able to work in a team, flexible, and cost-conscious
• Excellent German as well as good English skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel)
