We offer an equitable salary which, depending on experience and skills, evolves between CHF 151’600 and CHF 166’600 per year (100% employment rate). Promising applications are welcome, even if skills differ from the position; in this case, the salary may be slightly lower or higher than the range.

Make a difference.

• You directly manage 3 to 4 executives and assume, through them, the managerial responsibility for a workforce of 700 to 1,200 female and male employees. You set objectives and support the development of the executives and their teams.
• Responsibility for the operational, qualitative, financial, and human results of the assigned distribution sectors, as well as the efficient use of resources, is part of your mandate.
• You support the zone manager in the steering, management, and development of the distribution zone.
• The preparation, animation, and monitoring of management meetings contribute to clear decision-making and effective functioning of the distribution zone.
• You lead or support cross-functional projects and mandates at regional and national levels and support the implementation of organizational changes.
• In the absence of the zone manager, deputy management is ensured within the framework of delegated competencies, in order to guarantee the continuity of steering and coordination.
