Your tasks ##

• Competent, independent advice and support of our customers in the reception area - from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
• Receipt, analysis, and processing of demanding and complex customer concerns with a high level of service and solution orientation
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring workshop utilization as well as ensuring compliance with appointments
• Independent processing and assessment of warranty and goodwill work in cooperation with the importer
• Sale and advice of additional services
• Ensuring professional execution of work and cleanliness of customer vehicles
• Processing of customer complaints

Your profile ##

• Completed training in the automotive sector with EFZ and higher education (e.g., Technical Merchant) is an advantage
• Several years of experience in customer service of a garage or workshop operation
• Very good technical understanding and strong advisory competence
• Strong customer orientation as well as a confident, well-groomed, and convincing appearance
• High level of independence, sense of responsibility, and structured way of working
• Proficient handling of digital tools and industry-specific IT systems
• Driver's license Cat. B
