Embedded in our Production & Logistics Center, the logistics team plays a key role in the transformation towards a more automated, digitally networked Kistler Smart Factory.

Your typical day ##

• Leadership & Development: You lead your team (15 Direct Reports) based on key figures, develop employees, and ensure the achievement of productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Operational Responsibility: You control and are responsible for the material flow from goods receipt through storage, picking, and production part supply (including Kanban, Milk-Run) as well as disposal logistics
• Smart Factory & CIP: You actively help shape the digital transformation towards a Smart Factory, drive optimizations and SAP processes (MM, WM, PP, EWM), and live a continuous improvement process (Focus & Simplicity)
• Safety & Quality: You ensure compliance with all specifications regarding occupational safety, environmental protection, and hazardous material handling, and also assist operationally within the team during bottlenecks or inventories
• Interface Work: As a link, you work closely with production and internal departments to guarantee high customer satisfaction and smooth processes

Your profile ##

• Education & Experience: You have completed training as a specialist and manager for warehouse logistics (or equivalent) and bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in intralogistics with a high span of control in a manufacturing company
• Leadership & Team Strength: You convince through "Leading by example", high social competence, assertiveness, as well as a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Way of Working: Your hands-on mentality, exact and expeditious way of working, as well as enjoyment in designing change processes characterize you
• SAP Know-how: You move routinely in logistics-relevant SAP transactions (Modules SD, MM, WM, PP); ideally, you also bring experience with SAP-EWM
• Practical Qualifications: You possess a category B driver's license as well as a valid forklift license (Ausweis I)
