The Kantonsgericht is the court of first instance in civil and criminal matters as well as in debt collection and bankruptcy matters in the Canton of Schaffhausen. It employs eleven court clerks with a total of 880 percent positions.

We are looking for, starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement, a:

What awaits you ##

• Processing of legal issues from civil and criminal law as well as debt and bankruptcy law
• Responsibility for taking minutes at hearings, correspondence, and for the procedural flow
• Reasoning of the first-instance decisions and independent preparation of draft decisions (reports)
• Responsibility for the training and supervision of the assigned legal intern (Akzessist/Akzessistin)
