Your tasks

• Responsibility for HR systems Abacus (payroll and HR) as well as Siaxma (time management) including ensuring high quality of master data
• Ensure the proper functioning as well as the documentation of the systems and the interfaces with peripheral systems
• Development and implementation of digital processes and tools in collaboration with specialist departments and business partners
• Provide 2nd level support through the analysis and resolution of malfunctions
• Coordination in case of operational incidents and maintenance work as well as planning and implementation of releases, updates and tests in collaboration with specialist departments and business partners
• Participation in projects and initiatives

Your profile

• Training in computer science or business administration as well as several years of experience in HR application responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems (ideally Abacus and Siaxma), PowerBI and Office applications as well as a strong affinity for IT
• Experience in the optimization and digitization of HR processes
• Structured, precise and autonomous working method as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibilities and guaranteeing stable operation of applications as well as a strong customer and service orientation
