Team Lead Nursing Service & Establishment of Inhouse-Spitex 80%

What you do: ###

• Active participation in project and working groups, especially in the implementation of the Inhouse-Spitex
• Responsibility for Spitex needs assessment with interRAI HC, service planning and control, as well as billing
• Leadership of the nursing service consisting of four employees in organizational and personnel terms
• Active participation in the further development of nursing quality
• Development and optimization of structures, workflows, and processes in the nursing service
• Support and advice for the residential groups and ateliers regarding nursing issues
• Cooperation with the residential doctor's practice, execution of medical prescriptions
• Meaningful and complete management of the progress documentation (easyDOK)
• Assumption of medical-technical procedures
• Organization, implementation, and accompaniment of medical appointments
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the employees of the residential groups and ateliers, the legal representatives and relatives, as well as other involved agencies

What you bring: ###

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH/AKP/DNII with professional experience from a similar environment, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration as well as leadership training
• Experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC is mandatory, as well as in the implementation of projects in the nursing sector, ideally in the subject area of Inhouse-Spitex
• Joy, curiosity, and spirit of innovation for the elaboration and implementation of the Inhouse-Spitex offer
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Current knowledge in acute and/or long-term care
• High social competence as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with joy in multi-professional cooperation
• Leadership experience desirable, leadership training? Or willingness to complete one?
• Driver's license category B and confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
