The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and sells pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes from the pharmaceutical industry, through the food industry, to cell or DNA research.

What you can achieve:

Your exciting area of responsibility with a travel requirement of approx. 20% includes:

• Technical consulting for our worldwide operating organization
• Remote or on-site investigation, resolution and support of complex technical issues
• Close cooperation with numerous internal departments (R&D, Product Care, Product Management, production, etc.)
• Link and main contact person for concerns and questions of our external partners
• Coordination and processing of customer complaints and support requests
• Active participation in projects, definition and management of processes
• Creation and monitoring of data analyses
• Support of new products, responsible for knowledge transfer to the partners
• Provision of service procedures, documentation, spare parts as well as training and service concepts
• Organization and implementation of training for internal and external partners
• Maintenance and expansion of the knowledge base

What you bring with you:

• Training as an engineer (preferably electronic / mechanical)
• Understanding to penetrate and explain complex technical matters
• Solution- and service-oriented working is a matter of course for you
• Flexible and communicative personality with an independent and reliable way of working
• Good German and English skills, other foreign languages (F/I) are an advantage
