You control these from design to operation, ensuring sustainable performance. Control performance and providers: You control internal and external service providers, ensure quality, deadlines, and efficiency, create offers and business cases, take over escalations, and clarify responsibilities for stable service delivery. Service roadmap and further development: You plan the further development of your services, coordinate implementations with departments and delivery teams, promote standardization, reduce complexity, and ensure the operational takeover of new services. Performance, risks, and reporting: You measure service performance, analyze SLA metrics and risks, initiate improvement measures, and ensure target-group-specific reporting for stakeholders and management. Governance and service compliance: You ensure compliance with service, security, and compliance regulations, maintain service-related documentation, and support audits and the continuous improvement of services. Your profile Experience: You have in-depth experience in service delivery management of complex IT services (ideally Digital Workplace/M365). You master demand, performance, and provider control as well as working with KPIs and SLAs. Personality: You think in a service- and impact-oriented way, act in a structured manner, and take end-to-end responsibility. You create clarity in complex operational and control situations and convince with assertiveness and target-group-specific communication. Education: You have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, or business administration. Several years of experience in service delivery management as well as knowledge of modern working methods and service frameworks characterize you. Language: You communicate professionally and stylistically with different customer groups. Very good oral and written German skills are mandatory, English skills are an advantage. The department provides the collaboration and communication infrastructure for mobile and stationary IT workplaces and the associated support. Additionally, IT BS also continuously develops various offers for the public in the area of eGovernment and digitalization. Functional IT is central to the efficient operation of the cantonal administration. The Digitaler Arbeitsplatz-(DAP) department is responsible for providing, further developing, and operating a modern workplace environment. This includes device management, communication, digital collaboration, M365 services, and printing solutions. DAP ensures that employees of the cantonal administration have reliable, secure, and up-to-date working tools. This supports productive, location-independent, and collaborative work and contributes to the user orientation of IT BS.
