Our over 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Front office: Reception of patients, organization and coordination of various consultations of several doctors. • Back office: • administrative activities and report dispatch, • complaint management • telephone and written contact with patients, referrers, insurance companies as well as internal and external contact persons, • processing of waiting lists, • processing of referrals and triages, • preparation of the intervention and consultation rooms of the pain outpatient clinic • Close cooperation with the medical staff in both the front and back office Your profile • Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, Medical Secretary, or as a businesswoman / businessman • Experience in the organization and scheduling of complex appointments • Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage • Precise and exact way of working • Resilience • Communicative personality with high social competence and good manners • Joy in contact with patients as well as their relatives • Good PC user skills (including Outlook, Word) • Very good German skills, good English skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage Our benefits About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
