Wishing to replace a collaborator who received a promotion in the finance department, the Association des communes genevoises (ACG) is looking for an indefinite term contract:

A file manager, billing (80% - 100%)

The ACG billing department takes care of:

• the billing of extracurricular care for the 40 member communes of the GIAP with more than 22'000 registered families;
• the billing of meals for the 32 communes affiliated with the "Restoscolaire" network with more than 13'000 registered families.

Your mission:

Within a team of 6 people, you are capable of:

• Responding to telephone and written requests from parents;
• Studying discount request files with decision-making;
• Accounting for incoming payments;
• Managing accounts receivable, analysis of situations and transmission of information;
• Ensuring the recovery of services;
• Creating monitoring and reconciliation tables for the affiliated communes;
• Managing complaints.

Training, experience and required skills:

• Commercial professional maturity or training deemed equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of billing or accounting;
• Good command of Excel and ease in data processing and analysis;
• Knowledge of individual taxation is an asset;
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
