Call Agent m/f Your tasks: • Efficient processing of telephone and written customer inquiries in DE/FR or DE/IT • Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail • Ensuring high customer satisfaction • Constant monitoring of open pending items • Any administrative as well as coordinative activities What you bring with you: • Completed basic training is an advantage (merchant or retail specialist or similar) • Existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / customer service • Proficient German language skills / Very good French or Italian language skills (mandatory) • Service-oriented, communicative and structured personality with drive • Proficient handling of PC & IT • Flexible availability (regular evening & Saturday shifts) What you may expect: • Working hours between Monday - Friday / Saturday shifts by arrangement • Try & Hire employment with option for permanent employment • Parking possibilities available • Responsible task in which you can apply your language talent daily • Intensive induction
