Job Description Within the Digital / IT Client Solutions team, we are looking for a Manager ITCS Delivery Excellence passionate about organizational transformation, operational performance, and value creation. In this strategic role, you contribute to evolving the delivery methods of our teams in order to sustainably increase their performance, efficiency, and impact for the Business and users. A true catalyst for change, you support teams in the adoption of new practices, the development of their skills, and the anchoring of a culture based on collaboration, accountability, and the permanent pursuit of progress. You play a key role in the alignment between strategy, priorities, execution, and results. Through a pragmatic and impact-oriented approach, you contribute to building a more high-performing, more agile, and more customer-oriented organization. You evolve practices, steering standards, and operating modes by relying on Agile and Lean principles. In this capacity, you contribute to simplifying processes, smoothing workflows, and strengthening the operational excellence of our team. Thanks to your expertise, you implement data-driven and visual steering mechanisms (Obeya, KPIs, dashboards) in order to promote rapid and informed decision-making. You also encourage user-centered approaches, field observation (Gemba), customer empathy, and process automation to continuously improve the user experience and the quality of services delivered. Finally, you contribute to strengthening the capacity of Digital / IT Client Solutions to realize its strategic ambitions by transforming priorities into tangible and sustainable results. Qualifications • You have at least 10 years of experience in steering IT organizations, project portfolios, or Delivery Excellence functions, with significant experience in transforming operating modes and in an international environment • You possess solid experience in improving operational performance, implementing Agile, Lean, or DevOps practices, as well as in the optimization of processes and organizations • You have a strong customer and user orientation, and have already implemented approaches centered on business needs, field observation and/or User-Centered Design • You master governance approaches, data-driven steering, performance indicators, and visual management tools (Obeya or equivalent) • You have proven experience in budget management, building business cases, value optimization, and steering strategic suppliers • You are recognized for your leadership skills, your ability to unite multidisciplinary teams, and to support the increasing maturity of organizations • You possess excellent communication, influence, and facilitation skills, allowing you to interact effectively with both operational and executive stakeholders Additional Information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) • 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities • The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely • A company restaurant • An advantageous LPP Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
