Expert: HR Digitalization Help shape the ongoing success and further development of our HR systems at the Universität Zürich! In this versatile role, you are responsible for the operation, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our leading HR systems and ensure their smooth operation for over 11,000 employees. At the same time, you will contribute your expertise to exciting HR digitalization projects to actively shape the future of HR processes with innovative solutions. Expert: HR Digitalization Tasks Operation & Support (50 %): In the initial phase, the position is situated in a project-oriented environment and subsequently transitions into operational operation. Coordination of the integration of different HR IT platforms and existing individual solutions Interface for technical matters to other specialist departments (e.g., Zentrale Informatik) Maintenance and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors (focus on Recruiting and Onboarding): troubleshooting, updates, and continuous system maintenance Release management: analysis and implementation of new functions as well as configuration according to specialist requirements Function as a Data Steward including ensuring data quality Reporting, evaluations, and special analyses 3rd-level support for end users as a competent contact person Conducting instruction and training for new and existing employees Ongoing documentation as well as testing of technical processes Creation of test scenarios, their documentation, and execution Project Management & Process Design (50 %) Sub-project management and active participation in the HR digitalization project: new introduction of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Recruiting and Onboarding: creative idea development, evaluation of technical specifications, and design of modern processes Design and adaptation of processes for functional expansions and interfaces or for the replacement of existing IT applications Conducting training Profile You bring not only technical know-how but also the enthusiasm to drive digital innovations in HR.
