Project Leader: Digitalization/Project Delivery Lead (80-100%)

You lead demanding CRM, data and digitalization projects from start to finish. From analysis and conception to implementation and rollout, you ensure that requirements are transformed into sustainable solutions with measurable business impact. Alignment and solution concept • You take part in workshops to record the current processes and customer journey and visualize them in Miro, until all parties are on the same factual basis. • You lead departments, management and IT to a common goal and translate between business and technology. • Based on this, you develop the digitalization roadmap and solution concept with the Solution Architect and platform specialists, consistently thought out from the customer experience. Leadership, implementation and business benefits • You lead your project from start to finish and are responsible for time, costs and quality across all phases. • You ensure the framework with clear phases and gates and allow the implementation to run iteratively in sprints. • Together with Digital Transformation Consultants, Solution Architects, UI/UX experts, the development team and Customer Success, you bring the solution to its goal and bundle the strengths of the team. • You control stakeholders, risks and budget and inform project management accordingly. • You make the created benefits visible and transfer them to the customer in a measurable way through Business Value Transfer. Your profile • Several years of experience in leading medium to large digitalization projects. • Pronounced alignment strength: You moderate workshops, bring together different interests and safely translate between business and IT. • Enjoyment of the customer journey across marketing, sales and service and the claim to think solutions from the customer experience. • Secure handling of Miro, ideally also with ClickUp. • In-depth knowledge of project management as well as experience with agile implementation according to Scrum. • Experience with structured project management methods, such as HERMES, is an advantage. • Interest in the CRM environment. HubSpot knowledge is welcome, but not a requirement: We will teach you that. • Decision-making pleasure, assertiveness as well as pronounced leadership and communication strength. • Very good German language skills and negotiation-secure English.
