Senior Specialist Personnel and Organizational Development (m/f/d)

To complement our Personnel and Organizational Development team, we are looking for you as a Senior Specialist Personnel and Organizational Development (m/f/d) as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement * Advising and accompanying managers as well as conception and management of mandates in team, culture and organizational development * Design and moderation of strategy, leadership and team workshops as well as accompanying change and development processes * Conception and implementation of trainings and seminars on the topics of leadership, culture and organizational development * Further development of instruments and concepts for personnel, leadership and cultural development in cooperation with internal and external partners * Planning and implementation of talent management projects as well as participation in strategic projects of personnel and organizational development * Leading or participating in change and digitalization projects as well as participation in specialist committees * Advising and supporting HR Business Partners as well as HR managers on questions of leadership and organizational development * Completed studies in business administration, Human Resources, business education, work and organizational psychology or a comparable qualification * Higher continuing education in organizational development, coaching, change management, project management or a comparable specialization * Many years of experience in organizational, cultural and team development as well as in accompanying transformation and change processes * Comprehensive experience in the conception and moderation of workshops as well as in the design of learning and development formats * Strong consulting, moderation and communication skills as well as a confident appearance at all management levels * Strategic and networked thinking ability with high implementation strength as well as joy in actively shaping changes * High service orientation as well as strong self-, social and methodological competence * Versatile activity with high personal responsibility in a motivating, collegial environment * Excellent opportunities for professional and personal development * Modern working models with flexible working hours and the possibility of home office * Attractive workplace in the center of the city * An open DU-culture in which your opinion counts and trust is lived [Personalamt |](< >)HR Management Finanzdepartement, [ ](< >) j4id10438238jm j4it1042jm j4iy26jm
