Customer Service Advisor and Billing Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Advising and supporting customers on-site
• Receipt and recording of repair and service orders
• Preparation and creation of offers as well as cost estimates
• Active sale of additional service and maintenance services
• Planning and creation of workshop orders
• Support of customers with technical questions
• Invoicing and administrative processing of orders
• Handover of the repaired vehicles to the customers including explanation of the work performed

Requirements:

• Completed training in the automotive industry or in a technical profession
• Additional commercial or administrative further training is an advantage
• Joy in dealing with customers and strong service orientation
• Interest in modern IT systems and digital work processes
• Independent, reliable and organized way of working
• Driving license category B required
• Driving licenses of categories BE, C or CE are an advantage
