For one of our clients, we are looking for a Corporate Insurance Account Manager in a permanent contract between 80% and 100% based in Lausanne. The collaborator will manage a portfolio of corporate clients in Romandie as part of a pair.

Our client is a very fine company active in insurance and pension brokerage throughout Switzerland.

Missions

• Responsibility for a client portfolio consisting of medium and large-sized companies within the framework of national insurance programs;
• Risk analysis, global advice, and proactive client follow-up;
• Coordination of specialist teams dedicated to clients;
• Development of tailor-made solutions, participation in the realization of tenders, analysis of offers and recommendations;
• Active support in the management and follow-up of claims;
• Negotiations with insurance partners;
• Regular and close contact with clients and insurers;
• Business development and prospecting, follow-up of prospects;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Basic commercial training with a specialization in the field of Swiss insurance (Federal Diploma in Private Insurance, ARM, etc.);
• Registered as an unlinked insurance intermediary with Finma;
• Proven professional experience in the field of corporate risk management consulting;
• Solid knowledge in the field of casualty and property insurance;
• Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written;
• Proficiency in English and German as an asset;
• Enjoy communicating directly with clients and negotiating with partners;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, ability to synthesize, and solution orientation;
• Mobile within Romandie.
