With around 85 employees at four locations, we are one of the leading companies in the field of corrosion protection and surface treatment of steel and aluminum components. Our customers from industry, metal, and steel construction rely daily on our quality, reliability, and punctuality. To ensure our customers are delivered to reliably and on time, we are looking for you – an organizational talent who enjoys customer contact. You will take responsibility, maintain an overview even in hectic situations, and work together with our team to ensure that every order is processed smoothly. Your tasks You are the hub between our customers, production, and logistics. With your organizational talent, you ensure that our orders are processed efficiently and on time. • You accompany customer orders from entry to invoicing. • You enter and maintain orders in our ERP system. • You coordinate dates with production, logistics, and our customers. • You organize deliveries and create the necessary shipping and accompanying documents. • You look after our customers by telephone and in writing. • You support sales with administrative tasks. • You ensure complete and correct order documentation. • You contribute ideas and help to continuously improve our processes. What you bring with you • Commercial training or technical basic training with commercial further training. • Experience in order processing, in sales back office, or in an industrial company. • Experience in metal, steel construction, or an industrial environment is an advantage. • Very good English skills as well as good German skills. • You work independently, structured, and reliably. • You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers as well as collaborating with different areas. • Good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP systems.
