Senior workplace administrator (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our banking client based in Genève, we are looking for a Senior Workplace Administrator (f/m/d) responsible for administering and evolving the Windows user environment, as well as handling complex level 3 incidents. Your mission Deploy and maintain the user preference personalization and roaming system using Omnissa Dynamic Environment Manager. Deploy and maintain the Microsoft Office suite by ensuring the coexistence of On-Premises and Cloud configurations. Ensure, in collaboration with the packaging team, the proper integration of applications and the governance of their configurations, and then participate in the evolution of the workstation architecture. Handle incidents escalated by level 2 support, ensure their follow-up until full resolution and precisely document the solutions provided. Analyze recurring incidents, propose lasting solutions, contribute to the continuous improvement of support and respect the internal processes for activity tracking, absence management, training and Change Management. Your profile Expertise in Windows environments, particularly in their installation, configuration, troubleshooting and optimization. Knowledge of deployment and workstation management tools such as SCCM, App Volumes, Chocolatey, Workspace ONE and Intune. Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Procmon and Fiddler. Good understanding of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware environments used for VDI. Good knowledge of network infrastructure concepts, including routing, firewalls and DNS, as well as solid foundations in PowerShell and the use of Git. Excellent communication and customer relations skills, ability to collaborate with different departments, autonomy, proactivity, pragmatism, dynamism and sense of service. Residence in Switzerland mandatory for taking up the position.
