For district heating in our Renewable Energies division, we are looking for a motivated leadership personality to build the newly created "Customer Center" department.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the establishment, structuring, and operational management of the newly created Customer Center department. In doing so, you provide personnel and functional leadership to three to five directly subordinate employees
• You ensure customer-oriented, efficient, and uniform processing of customer inquiries in the Front Office (1st Level) and further develop the necessary processes, responsibilities, working bases, and quality standards
• You are responsible for the product management of offers and services in the field of Renewable Energies, particularly for district heating, and further develop products, pricing models, scopes of services, contractual bases, and service offers in coordination with the division management
• You are responsible for the planning and calculation bases for house connections as well as the coordination of HVAC projects in cooperation with internal departments
• You guarantee correct billing, reliable contract management, as well as the quality, completeness, and traceability of customer, metering, contract, and billing data
• You represent the Head of Renewable Energies in operational, organizational, and cross-divisional matters and support him in the leadership, planning, control, reporting, and further development of the division

Your background

• You have a technical, commercial, or business administration basic education with higher vocational training in energy, building technology, business administration, industrial engineering, sales, or comparable
• You bring several years of experience in a leading or coordinating role with responsibility for customers, contracts, products, projects, or processes. Additionally, you have a good understanding of district heating, energy supply, and building technology, as well as customer, contract, billing, and data-based processes
• You convince through leadership competence, entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer and service orientation, as well as the ability to structurally build up and further develop a newly created department with a decisive appearance
• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented and bring a high sensitivity to quality. You prepare technical and commercial matters in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner
• You have proficient German language skills and experience with ERP, CRM, billing, data, or reporting systems
