• Plan the daily routine in our bakery
• Compliance with production and hygiene guidelines
• Assistance with external events in the monastery as well as catering.

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a Baker - Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef - Confectioner or sound patisserie skills
• Experience in gastronomy
• Enjoyment of the craft
• Keeping a cool head in hectic situations
• Proactive, creative and a team player
• Hygiene and order are a matter of course for you
