In this way, with our customer-first mentality, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction.      What awaits you • You process all tasks independently and goal-orientedly, including: • Independent processing and payout of various business transactions (living-death cases, surrender, arising contract adjustments such as e.g. increases, reductions, beneficiaries, pledges, and many more) • Support of the various sales channels • Written and telephone contact with internal departments such as e.g. In-/Exkasso and agencies, in individual cases with external customers • Contact point for queries • You make an active contribution to continuous process improvement • - and you do not do all this alone, but together with your team colleagues   What you bring with you • You are brave, have drive, a positive mindset, are empathetic, committed, a team player and resilient, you like it when things get busy, then most things fit • You love to communicate in a customer-oriented manner (verbally and in writing) and like to use your stylish German and French (at least B2).
