Planner Service Planning Training Command

This is your contribution • Ensure service planning for all basic training services (GAD) for the optimal occupancy of training rooms, training infrastructures and accommodations, as well as coordinate the agreement on the occupancy of the centrally managed weapon, shooting and training areas and optimize the utilization of the military training infrastructure and the accommodations • Independently be responsible for and ensure the service and occupancy data in the four IT systems according to the stationing concept, in the Army Planning Module (APM) or in the Army Core and Reference Database (KERDA), in the occupancy planning system (BELPLAN) and in InfraScout Miliz • Provide technical and administrative support for the occupancy planning specialist application (BELPLAN) with approx. 1700 users and the Centralized Shooting Notifications (ZenSA) with approx 120 users, as well as support and advise users and support the branch offices connected to the specialist applications • Design, plan and conduct training for the specialist applications in the official languages, as well as develop and update training documents and application manuals • Write statements and answer inquiries from military and civilian circles in the areas of service and occupancy planning, BELPLAN and ZenSA, as well as draft new instructions and guidelines and keep existing ones up to date • Ensure the correct mapping and compliance of the stationing concept in BELPLAN and participate in the further development of the specialist applications within the framework of IT projects What makes you unique • University of applied sciences degree or higher vocational training in a field relevant to the function (e.g. IT, project management) with 2-3 years of function-relevant experience • Very good IT skills, especially in the areas of databases and geographic information systems • Good knowledge of project management, preferably according to HERMES, as well as experience in IT projects and in handling specialist applications • Strong ability for analytical, networked and conceptual thinking, good editorial skills, as well as an independent, goal-oriented and quality-conscious way of working • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language • Experience in military staff work at the troop level or higher is an advantage What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the Swiss success model and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
