Tasks Your field of activity Our HR department ensures that our employees are professionally supported in all personnel-related topics, from hiring to departure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and number-oriented personality as an HR Specialist with a focus on payroll accounting, starting immediately or by arrangement. You are responsible for the entire monthly payroll processing for our employees. In addition to payroll processing, you perform HR administration, maintain personnel master data, and process changes in SwissSalary. Onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, certificates, as well as work references are also part of your versatile area of responsibility. As a competent contact person, you advise employees, site managers, and department heads on payroll and social insurance law questions and independently handle social insurance as well as withholding tax settlements. The creation of HR evaluations, statistics, and year-end closing work in the payroll area complements your area of responsibility. In doing so, you ensure the correct application of the Landesmantelvertrag (LMV) as well as other industry-specific requirements. With your experience, you actively contribute to HR projects and continuously develop our HR processes.
