Reservations Agent (m/w/d) - Badrutt-s Palace Hotel

What you will achieve with us

• As a Reservation Agent, you will strengthen our Reservations Team, which consists of experienced sales professionals and works closely together.
• Your tasks include telephone sales and professional processing of customer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• You will actively support the processing of group bookings and contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of larger booking requests.
• The regular maintenance of our reservation systems and Protel databases is within your area of responsibility to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of booking data.
• You will work closely with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and Event Team departments to ensure a seamless exchange of information and enable an optimal guest experience.

Your Profile

For this very varied position, you should ideally have the following:

• Training as a hotel merchant or a completed hotel management school.
• Several years of professional experience in the front office and reservation department in luxury hotels.
• Stylish correspondence.
• Very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written), any additional language, especially Russian and Italian, is an advantage.
• Good IT user knowledge of MS Office programs, knowledge of Protel is an advantage.
• High level of commitment, resilience, and team spirit.
• Winning appearance and very good manners.

• Temporary seasonal position with a start date to be agreed upon.
• 5-day week on average with 43.5 hours.
