Job description You enjoy cooking with fresh products, are proficient in menu and à la carte cuisine and enjoy working independently in a small team. You work with breaks (no curfew) 2 days alone and 3 days with the chef. Our kitchen is open from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00 (in exceptional cases until 21:00) and on Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00/19:00. • Production and preparation of fresh dishes / à la carte • Support and substitution for the chef • Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations • Assistance with menu planning and ordering • Completion of cleaning work in the kitchen and storage
