YOUR MISSION

As our Back Office Agent, you are the trusted partner for your customer portfolio. You ensure seamless customer experience by managing orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering outstanding service from inquiry to delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term customer retention.
Manage the complete order-to-cash process, including quotations, order management, credit notes, and customer claims.
Identify commercial opportunities and potential revenue risks, proactively supporting business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement, Logistics, Production, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Key Account Management—to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation partner for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Prepare and issue certificates, declarations of conformity, and other customer documentation.
Continuously contribute to improving processes and delivering first-class customer experience.
YOUR PROFILE

Commercial education (e.g. Business Administration, Sales, or an equivalent commercial qualification).
At least 1 year of experience in internal sales, customer service, or back-office support for industrial products.
Strong customer relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Experience working with HubSpot CRM would be a huge advantage.
Business-fluent in German and English.
Additional European languages (such as French or Italian) are a plus.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments in an international environment.
