You want to lead not only projects, but also develop people and actively shape the future of a successful department. In this key role, you will take over the technical and personnel leadership of an experienced engineering team and be responsible for demanding construction projects throughout the entire life cycle. As part of a nationwide construction project management team with around 100 specialists from architecture, engineering, and an established project office, you will lead a diverse and demanding range of projects. This includes modern office workspaces, infrastructure projects, life cycle renovations, and sustainable projects within the framework of Net Zero, as well as complex construction programs. Together with your team, you will ensure the achievement of goals in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines. At the same time, you will actively develop construction project management, maintain close customer relationships, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of the department.
