Share What awaits you? ## • Technical as well as personnel leadership, coaching and further development of a dedicated 8-member team • Responsibility for achieving the quality, advisory and sales targets in the Basic Customer Advisory area. • Management of your own customer portfolio as well as the establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships. • Identification of customer needs and development of individual solutions in the areas of investing, financing and providing for the future. • Ensuring high advisory quality and a strong customer and service orientation. • Active participation in the leadership team and co-shaping the strategic further development of the private customer business. • Support of change processes as well as promotion of innovations and new advisory approaches. • Maintenance and expansion of the regional network as well as representation of the bank at customer and network events. What do you bring with you? ## • Banking or business administration further training as well as SAQ certification is an advantage • Several years of experience in private customer advisory • Leadership competence or great interest in successfully leading and further developing a team • High customer orientation, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking • Regional anchoring and enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships
