You will be primarily in charge of: Piloting the improvement, mapping and optimization of HR processes in order to guarantee their efficiency, quality and consistency; Developing and accompanying the digitalization of HR practices and promoting a continuous improvement approach; Ensuring the functional management of the HRIS, following the implementation of new modules and accompanying users in their use; Planning and conducting transversal HR projects in collaboration with the head of service, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and objectives; Ensuring the monitoring and guaranteeing the efficiency of the internal control system; Supervising key indicators of the HR service in order to support management and decision-making.
