Ensure the administrative follow-up of work incapacities, paid leaves, and daily allowances.
Manage personnel administration throughout the life cycle: contracts, amendments, engagements, transfers, certificates, exits, and maintenance of individual files.
Ensure the follow-up of working time data, vacations, overtime, and absences.
Provide first-level HR support to female and male employees and managers on administrative, salary, and social insurance questions.
Participate in internal controls, HR–Finance reconciliations, and the preparation of data necessary for audits.
Contribute to HR reporting and the monitoring of indicators related in particular to workforce, payroll mass, absenteeism, and personnel movements.
Actively participate in the improvement, digitalization, and automation of HR and payroll processes.

HRSE Payroll Specialist certificate.
Confirmed experience in human resources administration in Switzerland.
Practical and autonomous experience in managing a monthly payroll process.
Excellent mastery of Swiss payroll and very good knowledge of Swiss social insurances.
Good mastery of Excel and ease with salary software and HR information systems.
The knowledge of Winbiz and a time management system constitutes an asset.
