Production Planner AVOR (80-100%)

Plan. Control. Optimize.

As the central hub between sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production, you ensure efficient, timely, and economical production planning. You work operationally close to production and simultaneously drive the continuous improvement of processes and material flows.

Your tasks

• Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily and medium-term production
• Creating and prioritizing production orders in the ERP system
• Ensuring material availability as well as coordination of machine, personnel, and production capacities
• Monitoring and optimizing material flows and production processes
• Identifying bottlenecks and initiating suitable measures
• Analysis of key figures such as OEE, delivery reliability, stocks, and productivity
• Participation in the S&OP process as well as support with cost and profitability analyses
• Active participation in Lean Management, KVP, and process optimization projects
• Close cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and production

Your profile

• Technical or food technology basic training
• Further training as a Prozessfachmann/-frau with eidg. Fachausweis or comparable
• Several years of experience in AVOR, production planning, or production control
• Very good ERP/PPS knowledge
• Experience in Lean Management, process optimization, and key figure analysis
• Strong analytical thinking skills and very good understanding of numbers
• Networked way of thinking as well as understanding of production and material flows
• Structured, consistent, and independent way of working
• Resilient, communicative personality with assertiveness
