Job description ##

The sous chef supervises a team of approximately ten employees in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day. He/she supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As a reference for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with some exceptional evening interventions.

Profile sought ##

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in collective catering, ideally Eldora, with recognized and structured management skills. The person must be well-presented, discreet and capable of collaborating with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
