Who are we looking for?

For our HR team, we are looking for a flexible, motivated, and team-oriented personality with high reliability as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

You are resilient and work precisely, pragmatically, as well as independently and structurally. Your IT affinity, your strong communication skills, and your enthusiasm characterize you just as much as your solution-oriented way of thinking and your joy in the design and further development of HR processes.

As part of our HR team in German-speaking Switzerland, you are a central contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters. In close cooperation with the HR management, you ensure the implementation of the HR strategy as well as compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements.

You advise and accompany the line management as well as the employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle – from employment to departure – and provide competent support in all HR topics, including labor law issues.

What are your main tasks?

• Advising and supporting managers and employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle (from employment to departure) including labor law topics
• Sparring partner for managers in leadership, team, and performance issues
• Operational participation in daily HR business (recruitment, onboarding, mutations, time recording, entries and exits including temporary employment)
• Participation in change and organizational development projects
• Planning and coordination of personnel development and further training measures
• Ensuring correct and timely payroll and social insurance processing
• Participation in the further development of HR processes, guidelines, and instruments
• Analysis of HR key figures as well as derivation of suitable measures
• Engagement in health management and in initiatives to promote engagement and corporate culture

What do you bring with you?

You have completed basic commercial training or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you have already obtained the federal professional diploma in HR or are currently undergoing corresponding further training.

You bring several years of experience in operational HR management, preferably in a generalist function with direct line contact, and possess sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law. With your strong advisory competence, your high service orientation, and your confident appearance, you move sovereignly at all hierarchical levels.
